A medical complex specializing in stem cells is located on a plot of 10 hectares. The complex has a hotel with 100 rooms, 7 residential blocks with 220 apartments for patients of the medical institution, a medical center with a stem cell laboratory, a restaurant and shopping center, as well as a sports area with tennis courts. All parts of the complex are connected by covered air-conditioned passages-galleries for the comfort of patients, due to the hot climate of the area. The peculiarity of the architectural design is the wishes of the customer in the combination of houses of traditional Japanese architecture with modern residential and commercial blocks.
