The project of a two-storey house, where on the ground floor there are common areas: a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen. The second floor is dedicated to the personal area. Large windows to the floor were designed to provide enough light in the house. From the living room and sports area you can enter the courtyard with pool and lounge area. The lounge area is paved with a terrace board, which creates comfort and coziness around the pool. A garage with technical rooms adjoins the house through the barbecue area. The house and garage are located on the site in such a way as to separate the private recreation area from the road. Porcelain with a calm gray texture and thermowood in combination with a rebate roof are used to decorate the facades.
