The project of revitalization of the former plant "Elektroprylad" is designed to breathe new life into the territory of the industrial zone, which due to its location almost in the city center has a huge potential. Part of the plant's shops are transformed into modern office centers with a full range of related services. In other shops apartments with service functions are arranged. Thus, the territory is transformed into a multifunctional point of gravity of the whole area, which is used around the clock. A special feature of the project is the transformation of the largest shop into a multifunctional building with a concert hall for up to 2,000 people, conference halls, a sports complex with outdoor sports fields on the roof.
The territory of the complex is closed for cars. To do this, create a multi-storey car park with a convenient transition. But another pedestrian access to the territory from Hlybochytska Street is opened, thus the pedestrian access of the complex to the metro "Lukyanivska" is provided.
The largest of the former shops of the plant is transformed into a multifunctional building. Inside, a concert hall for 2,000 people is being created. For safe operation along the facades, stairs are arranged, which create the dynamics of the facades themselves. The white volume of the superstructure is a sports complex with open sports grounds on the roof.
